Trigger.id macro on 4.4.1

Read release notes for 4.4.1that stated trigger.id macro now was available on trigger tags.

I am running 4.4.1 but when putting {TRIGGER.ID} as a value on a trigger tag, it is not being populated. Tag is just showing {TRIGGER.ID} on problems page, along with the other tags on the trigger.(other tags work OK)

anyone else have this issue ?

Maybe I misunderstood. If I define the tag on template level instead of directly on the trigger, it works OK.

If that is so, I suggest filing a bug in https://support.zabbix.com . It should work directly also.
