How To Install Zabbix Agent Offline on CentOS7 ?

Dear All,
i am trying to install Zabbix agent with offline method because some server only have local IP.
My Zabbix server version: 4.2.0rc2
- I download Agent File at : https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/4.2/r...el7.x86_64.rpm
- Copy This agent file to /etc
- Run command : rpm -ivh zabbix-agent-4.2.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
- Config File .conf already
- Open Port 10050 on Client
- From Zabbix server i can not telnet to this client & can not get data .
Please help me.

you start the agent? If not start the agent with systemctl start zabbix-agent and enable to start at os boot with systemctl enable zabbix-agent
