Problem upgrading from 2.2.1 to 2.4.0

Whet I updated from 2.2.1 to 2.4.0, tried to open https:\\zabbix-server\zabbix

I've got this eror:
Database error: The frontend does not match Zabbix database. Current database version (mandatory/optional): 2040000/2040000. Required mandatory version: 2020000. Contact your system administrator.

My DB is Porsgres

Database has been updated. Then disconected and connected again. After that I got error above.

When I restart zabbix-server everything seems ok in log, but same error in web
