Front-end not connecting to database

i have installed everything and my front end runs, but i can not proceed with the setup as the database is not connected. I created a database, but when i create a database-user, it will not create the user (0 rows affected). also. No tables showing.

on seting up front-end, message appears:

Details Cannot connect to the database.

• The frontend does not match Zabbix database.

Did you register the initial data after creating the database?

I created a new database with no data. I know nothing about registering that. If I need to, explain the process please. I'm new to Zabbix.

I don't know what environment you used and what version of Zabbix you installed. If you are installing Zabbix 4.4 on RHEL 7 or CentOS 7, check the procedure at the following URL:

After installing the various packages and creating the database, you need to import the initial data.
