There is only release date of ZABBIX 1.4 as i have read

"Estimated release date for ZABBIX 1.4 is January of 2007"

but i am asking about any new beta release before ZABBIX 1.4 or
ZABBIX 1.3 release that is not mentioned in this linked page.

I really have no idea when ZABBIX 1.3 may be released. Currently we are working on several separate pieces of functionality. As soon as we get something ready and stable it will be released.

The documentation will be updated? Any chances to open it for translations (perhaps with a Creative Commons license)?
