You must add/install missing php extensions.

Enable RHEL 7 optional repository. You should be able to install PHP extension packages.

rhel-7-server-optional-rpms is the name of the repository. It is not the name of the package. Check the RHEL manual, check the list of configured repositories, and enable the optional repository.

# yum repolist all
# yum-config-manager --enable rhel-7-server-optional-rpms
