Setting serverity on host level instead of trigger-level

I do not have permission (security reasons) to install agent on servers I'm monitoring. I just use simple ping check and port access testing.
I have then just created a Ping check Trigger like this:
    {ICMP_Ping:icmpping.max(90)}<1

I then assign all my hosts to this ICMP_Ping item.
My problem is that not all of my hosts have the same severity. Some I do not want to generate more than a warning and others are more severe.

Is there any easy way of doing this or do I have to create duplicate triggers and items?
(Not easy to duplicate when zabbix do not have a copy button )

Other examples of monitoring windows servers with no agent install is appreciated.
