Hello everyone,
I have the agent installed on two test machines. Let's say they are 172.16.1.1 and 172.16.1.2
If I create a discovery rule to check those IP's explicitly then they will appear in the discovered devices no problem. Now, if I Clone this rule [for accuracy], disable the old one and change the new rule to check for IP Ranges, like the following list, it does not find any devices. Can anyone explain what Im doing wrong?
172.16.1.1-255,172.16.2.1-255,172.16.4.1-255,172.16.5.1-255,172.16.6.1-255,172.16.7.1-255,172.16.8.1-255
The above is a representative list, but the real one would include practically the same format. I also enter it as listed above.
I would appreciate any and all thoughts on this!
Thanks
