/var almost full

RHEL7
zabbix 4.4

Small question
I've noticed that our "/var" is almost full and increasing fast: now at 69/%
I have more than enough space on /opt/app1
I know that it is not possible to increase a mount space but is there another "safe" way to fix this.

You should check, what's taking up that space, but It's probably the DB.
you have two options, increase /var or move the DB to /opt/app1
They both fall a bit out of scope for Zabbix itself, but there are lot's of posts on the internet about this.
