Latest Data for all Groups Fails

My 2.2.5 system has 5202 monitored hosts. Until recently I could select Monitoring>latest data, then select Group-All & Host=All and get a complete list but now I get no output just the menu bar - see image. Am I hitting some sort of limit. I can select Configure>Host>All>All without problem. What could be happening?

To save having to look this up - On my wheezy based frontend I:

1. Edited /etc/apache2/conf.d/zabbix
2. Changed php_value memory_limit 128M to 512M
3. Restarted apache2

All was OK
