Agent not working correctly for active type. Is your server installed on same machine? And did you setup your create host configuration correctly? Possiblely that host's lastest value is not receiving right?

and i installed zabbix-agent on this machine ,
the configuration steps are correct

In 19th comment as you send, agent trying to connect 127.0.0.1 but your server is not there. Please delete 127.0.0.1 in Server=127.0.0.1,41.227.192.174. There is should be only your server's ip.
Be sure your machine's ip is static.
Be sure telnet 41.227.192.174 10051 is connecting to server from your client and try it on server side too telnet YOURCLIENTIP 10050. If both connecting, problem must be on our configuration.
Maybe passive mode couldnt working without secure connection I'm not sure maybe you could try psk.

i respected steps and i try the commands telnet ,it is working , but zabbix_get still dosent work

Please do not enable remote commands unless you need them. That's a security issue.
So, your agent is running, but you can't connect to port 10050, which means either:

• the agent started no listener processes (StartAgents=0)
• the agent is listening on other port than 10050 (e. g. ListenPort=10060)
• something (e. g. SELinux or AppArmor or something else) is blocking your connection

Please run the following command:

sudo netstat -laptun | grep zabbix

OK, looks like I have missed some messages, your agent config says you have defaults for StartAgents and ListenPort, which is fine. I think on the agent host you have some security mechanism enabled, otherwise the telnet command would work.
