new installtion fails to start zabbix-server

I have finally gotten Zabbix installed on a CentOS 7 platform with Mysql and Apache after having waded through mountains very poorly written instructions. However, even after finding and fixing problems I am still unable to get the zabbix server to start.
Following is a capture from the zabbix_server.log. Note that the PID and the Server error reference seem to change with every restart. That has left me completely baffled as to why this will not start. Can anyone shed some light on this please? (Log level set a debug level 4). I had successfully configured the web interface and can login into the zabbix web page but the dashboard always indicates the server is not running: Zabbix Server is Running No localhost:10051

Hi, what kind of problems did you fix manually? I mean, the instructions in https://www.zabbix.com/download?zabb...ysql&ws=apache look quite straightforward, so if you had to fix something by yourself, maybe that caused the permission problem.

Have you enabled SELinux? If you have SELinux enabled, set the policy appropriately.
