The Zabbix server is not running

I apologize in advance for my very bad English ... So, I just installed zabbix but cannot launch it...
It tells me :
zabbix server is not running the information displayed may not be.

Check the status of Zabbix server, not Zabbix agent.
Is the zabbix_server process started?
Is the communication from the web server to the zabbix_server process restricted by the SELinux settings, etc.?
