Seeing High Number of Processed Values per Second (up to 50M, then it crashes)

    Good Afternoon,

Respectfully requesting guidance/assistance on this. We are running Zabbix 4.0 in AWS via an ECS instance with 2 CPUs and 4 GB RAM in an auto-scaling group running in CentOS 7.6. We are migrating hosts from our datacenter Zabbix onto the AWS Zabbix and when we enable Discovery for some of our subnets (/24 and /21 subnets), our Zabbix AWS instance would crash to where we would have to restart the whole thing again. The only collaborative data we saw was on the Zabbix Performance graphs, there is a build up of the Number of Processed Values per second from 0 to as high as 50M processed values per second which is not right as our datacenter Zabbix values are in the 100s (currently at around 400). I checked logs as we have them exported to Cloudwatch and seeing some "database is locked" errors which I am looking into, but was wondering if anyone can elaborate as to what else would cause this? Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Sincerely,

Dwight (new on Zabbix Forums) System information

Unfortunately I don't use discovery, and only run Zabbix proxies in AWS, so I don't know about your issues. But I'm very interested in hearing more about your autoscaling group in relation to Zabbix. How is that used with Zabbix in your case?
