MS SQL Server and Ubuntu

Hi there,

I need a big help...
I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 with a MS SQL Server DB and since I'm new to this I tried searching for tutorials to add a monitoring host in Zabbix but I haven't found anything. I've another machine with Ubuntu and PostGresSQL and it was easy to start monitoring it, however with the MS SQL and Ubuntu I really don't know how to do it, can you please help me?
