Zabbix internal checks to external server

Is it possible to monitor zabbix internal items, like zabbix[process,poller,avg,busy] on another zabbix server? Since those values are reported by server/proxy itself i have no ideas how to export them to agent->another zabbix
Need that badly to troubleshoot problems on my zabbix deployment, which stops all monitoring from time to time, including all statistics about itself.

I don't think that is possible. You best bet would be to add regular Zabbix Agent items and probably add some custom items to monitor the server performance, maybe it gives out some useful information.
