oracle12c database monitoring with zabbix

Dear ..
do you have any idea about oracle12c database monitoring using Zabbix 4.4 . i have installed and configured but getting an alert database down, when I check the database connection using isql it was working fine . Can someone help me?

Have you looked at the trigger, to see what it's using to determine that "Database is down"?
