Availability is gray

I have a problem. When I link template OS Linux by ZABBIX agent active, availability is gray, but I can still monitor data. When the template OS Linux by ZABBIX agent is linked, the availability is green and the monitoring data is normal
I have only changed three places in the zabbix_agentd.conf file
Server=192.168.2.215
ServerActive=192.168.2.215
HostnameItem=system.hostname

I was able to green light the ZBX icon on a prebuilt template that uses only active agents by creating a new item using the passive agent.ping and applying it to the template.
Maybe this helps someone. I'm no expert.

I tried this but zabbix complains that there is already an item with agent.ping key:

Item with key "agent.ping" already exists

Did you delete the active item frist ?

I think you should change the item type to passive.
Zabbix agent(active) -> Zabbix agent
