Zabbix 4.4.6 + slack integration

I've installed zabbix 4.4.6 and configure slack integration like this : https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/slack

All works but when a trigger is done i see the message to slack 2 times repeated exactly, when the problem is solved, one of these becomes green, the other one no...

Any suggestion about where can I look for?
