issue in jsloader.php

jsloader.php always have issue after upgrade to zabbix 2.4

(jsloader.php work on some server, but don't work on some server, or it worked yesterday, but may don't work today)

when it have issue, found that it haven't downloaded the js completely, when it's ok, usually jsLoader.php?ver=2.4.2&lang=en_GB&showGuiMessaging =1 will have about 500k, but when it have issue, jsLoader.php?ver=2.4.2&lang=en_GB&showGuiMessaging =1 have 45k, you can see it in attached picture

any idea will be appreciate

zabbix frontend running with nginx+fpm

it's not related to cache, have issue too when disabled the cache!

I use nginx+fpm, can you tell me how to fix it?
