Starting Hyper-V with error: random: 7 urandom warning(s) missed due to ratelimiting

I have got a Hyper-V environment running on Windows 10 with already one machine running (Server2019) without problems. Now i tried to implement the Images of Zabbix 4.4 (VHD or VHDX) and both struggle on startup with the error (random: 7 urandom warning(s) missed due to ratelimiting). Nothing to do, as they stop with a blinking cursor. No action possible.
Please help, as I am not an linux enthusiast, I will need detailed information.

An amateur like yourself, I received the same errors on Win 2012R2. Finally using the VHD machine (zabbix_appliance_4.4.6_x86_64.vhd.tar.gz) from https://sourceforge.net/projects/zab...0Stable/4.4.6/ I had successful boot. HTH

PS - There is a template that can monitor Hyper-V (https://share.zabbix.com/virtualizat...t-hyper-v-host) that you may want to try at Zabbix Share (https://share.zabbix.com/). Lots of other templates there. I've found the whole Zabbix deal quite challenging. I'm only using it on my home network (retired from IT), but it passes the day during these "End Times".
