ICMP pinger processes busy

Hi, I have a server with Zabbix 4.4.7, in the zabbix_server.conf is StartPinger=4
My problem is that everyday at the same time (5:00pm) the pinger process reach 100% for half an hour, in this period I have the alarm with more than 100 host with items missing too.
I don't know why, where can I look for the job or task scheduled at this hour?
The rest of the day is enough with 4 pingers.

I realized that the problem appears when Veeam is taking the backup of the all cluster Vmware. The Zabbix is a virtual machine on Vmware.
Any suggestion?
