How to trigger on service set to automatic (Delayed Start)

I have discovered that our environment now has some services set to automatic (Delayed Start) and our trigger to catch stopped services is not catching this type. We are using services[automatic, stopped] and I have checked the docs and do not see anything that could be used for a type of automatic (Delayed Start). Has anyone found a solution to trigger on this type of service start up type?
