It seems that suddenly our zabbix 3.4.14 server can no longer have users added from the web UI. When we try to add a user, we get the following errors:
is there any way to get around this and start creating users again?

It seems that suddenly our zabbix 3.4.14 server can no longer have users added from the web UI. When we try to add a user, we get the following errors:
- Error in query [INSERT INTO users_groups (userid,usrgrpid,id) VALUES ('127','34','264')] [Duplicate entry '264' for key 'PRIMARY']
- SQL statement execution has failed "INSERT INTO users_groups (userid,usrgrpid,id) VALUES ('127','34','264')".
is there any way to get around this and start creating users again?
