Setting up a new host, I get the following message:

cannot send list of active checks to "192.168.188.110": host [uatweb] not found

My setup is: Linux host running the agent --> Zabbix Proxy --> Zabbix Server

Host IP Address: 192.168.188.110
Host Hostname: uatweb.datacentre.example.com
Zabbix Server version: zabbix_server (Zabbix) 4.4.7
Zabbix Agent version: zabbix_agentd (daemon) (Zabbix) 4.4.7
Zabbix Proxy version: zabbix_proxy (Zabbix) 4.4.7

on the proxy I managed to get it working.
