Avatar Profile Notification

I already Activate my account and uploaded my profile picture but its keep showing me this notification at the top of the screen ( Hi alexmarsh! It looks like you haven't uploaded your avatar yet. It would be nice if everybody could see your profile picture. Head over to your profile now and show us what you got!) How Do i fix it

I'm seeing the same thing, a full 2 years after your post. I guess not something they're gonna fix....

Same here. If I try to edit I can't set my gravatar through the link as it says "your (sic!) library cannot deal with such image"... the image is a plain png though!
