odd zabbix Agent is unavailable

hello friends
My hosts are keep changing their AVAILABILITY status from "snmp" to
" Timeout while connecting to.."
even when the host is in "green" state triggers apperes as "Agent is
unavailable"

If all of your items is configured as SNMP - your agent always will be "Unavailable".

Also two ways to improve the availability are exist:
- increase Timeout=30 in zabbix_server.conf configuration file.
- remove "Use bulk requests" in SNMP interfaces configuration under Host configuration. It works after Zabbix version 2.4.
