Macros in Low-Level Discovery filter

Hi All,

I have created / modified a LLD rule and now I only want these rules to become effective on a specific host, but I don't manage to add {$HOST.NAME} in the LLD filter. Is this not supported? According to the Zabbix documentation:

{HOST.NAME<1-9>} → Low-level discovery rule filter regular expressions

it seems to be supported.

Any help is higly appreciated.

Filters in the LLD work with the macros that the LLD returns.
It is not clear what you want to filter in the LLD on the network node using the name of the network node?

Sorry forget about all of this. Stupid me. While writing my reply I came across the very simple solution. I can disable the lld rule on hosts where I don't need it. OMG I need a rest.
