I installed Zabbix using the 'zabbix_appliance-4.4.7-netinstall.iso' the other week. This is installed ok, and has been happily running with some test hosts. I've not done any updates or anything - but noticed the other day the top "Zabbix" logo, and more importantly the top Menus (which usually say "Monitoring Inventory Reports Configuration Administration", with e.g. "Dashboard Problems Overview" etc. underneath) are now missing off of the web pages.
It's almost like the 'top' part of the page was a frame - that's now missing.
I've not updated any code, I've also tried re-starting the Zabbix machine - and different browsers (Safari and Firefox) - none of them show these menus any more.
If I go to the site 'clean' - I get prompted to login (I login as 'admin') - but there are no menus. I can still go to the individual pages by manually entering URL's (e.g. to the 'Screens' page - or even to the Hosts, or Configuration pages) - if I work out what the URL is - and enter it. So I don't think it's a permissions thing.
If I login to the Zabbix box - I've had a look in '/var/log' - at all the log files, but I can't see any errors logged or anything.
Having searched around - there's been a few posts I found via Google that mention this (some seem to think updates have gone wrong, others suggest you've been logged in as 'guest' not admin etc.) - but I can't see that any of that applies to me.
Anyone know where I can look to either troubleshoot this further, or try and get my topmost menus back? - As it makes it pretty unusable without them!
