sent an e-mail if an event is not acknowledged

Hello,
Using zabbix 4.0. Attached is the image of Action configuration I tried to send mail if the events are not acknowledged for 1hr.

I think, I am making mistake in Action condition "Tag EVENT.ACK.STATUS contains No".
If I remove above condition I am getting mail even after problem is acknowledged. I sure I am making some mistake in configuring the condition.

We use the "Operations" area to skip actions for things that are acknowledged:

Thanks Tim.Mooney, I didn't notice "Conditions" option in "Operations" area. Thanks for highlighting it.

It works only if the severity is defined in "Administration=>Users=>Media" severity options also, the problem is it sends mail for all the triggers (many mails) of the severity.
Is there a way to by-pass "Administration=>Users=>Media" severity options to "Configuration=>Action=>Operation" send to mail option. I want mails only to the configured "Action" for those IDs defined in "Configuration=>Action=>Operation" send to mail option.
