zabbix server cant see itself

i apologize if this has been posted but i couldnt find anything..
only thing i find is post about the agent not talking to the server over the network but the problem
i am having is the zabbix server cant see itself.

this is what i see
Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[127.0.0.1]:10050]: [4] Interrupted system call

i can telnet localhost on 10051 but not 10050 and i dont have iptables running on a firewall.
its a linux mint machine.

any ideas?

zabbix_server (Zabbix) 5.0.1

found it
apparently iptables was running...
i was able to add 10050 for localhost and now they can talk to each other.
