How update zabbix agent

Hello
i have install zabbix agent version 5 on centos 7 with repo:

rpm -Uvh https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.0/r...el7.x86_64.rpm
rpm -Uvh https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.0/r...el7.x86_64.rpm

but for update yum cant find any update, and i check that there isnt any repo list added to yum,
how can i update zabbix agent via yum ?
any repo list ?

rpm -Uvh https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.0/rhel/7/x86_64/zabbix-release-5.0-1.el7.noarch.rpm
yum clean all
yum install zabbix-agent

In the future, use https://zabbix.com/download page.
