Agent SSH - Not Support

I have a need to do Watchguard Firewall monitoring through Agent SSH.
In the template I am using, I would like to make a Ping (ICMP) directly from the firewall, through SSH access.
I have already done the connectivity tests from the Zabbix Server, and access is OK, but when I apply the item on the firewall, an error “Cannot Read Data from SSH Server” is given.
Analyzing the Zabbix logs and it is possible to see that the Agent was able to connect to the Firewall, however after the command is sent, the Zabbix Server informs that it is not supported.
I was wondering if we have any way to run tests via terminal to understand why the Zabbix Server informs that it is not supported.
