    Cannot bind to LDAP server.

I have Ubuntu 20.04 + Zabbix 5.0.1 with fresh samba AD config. All works good, integreted with radius, can login to routers and many more.
But can't make Zabbix work with this Samba AD LDAP...
Look for solutions in the Internet and tried all solutions from first two google pages, but didn't help me. Still getting:
    "Cannot bind to LDAP server."
Is Zabbix writing any details to any of log files? - I can't find any details about it.

WIth below command can successfully bind to Samba/LDAP:
    ldapsearch -x -b "dc=company,dc=local" -H ldaps://company.local -D "[email protected]" -W

    were trying also to change:
    Base DN to e.g.: CN=Users,DC=company,DC=local
    also
    Bind DN to: CN=Administrator,CN=Users,DC=company,DC=local

Also were trying another user. No luck, always error: "Cannot bind to LDAP server."

BTW few years ago I made it work easily, but it was older versions of Ubuntu/Zabbix/Samba... and don't have this server already to compare configuration.

If you are using SELinux, have you checked the boolean
    Code:
    httpd_can_connect_ldap
? You can enable it with
    Code:
    sudo setsebool -P httpd_can_connect_ldap on

Thank you for answer, but I don't have SELinux
Is zabbix writing any logs about this error to any of log files? I can not find any logs with more details...

So last days new version of Zabbix was released. I run 'apt update' 'apt upgrade', Zabbix upgraded from Zabbix 5.0.1 to Zabbix 5.0.2 and it start working!

Interesting. I had trouble also and I'm on 5.0.1. Hopefully it is fixed in 5.0.2 +
