Notification Tan under report is blank

Hi zabbix folks, I currently have zabbix server 4.0 installed, I have configured SMS,email and slack as notification sender. I used to draw a report every month as to the number of notifications sent and to whom.
But since three weeks, when I go to Reports---Notification, the page is blank. Any idea or help how to resolve this issue would be most welcomed.

In the url,you will notice it ends with /report4.php?ddreset=1, it should have been /report4.php only.

Any news about this topic ?? i suffer same problem after update from 4.0 to 5.0.

i find out there is problem with memory alocation after enabling php errors


after allocating 500M and then 700M it still need additional 20480 bytes even when i add additional 1G. this is probably some sort of bug inside zabbix/apache it selve. can anybody help ?

Finally solved i change setting in php.ini & apache.conf -> memory_limit na 1024M whitch is 1GB and it is working
