Zabbix Docker Image LDAP authentication is not getting Bind

I have set up a zabbix installation in Kubernetes with docker images zabbix/zabbix-server-pgsql:centos-4.4.10 and also zabbix/zabbix-server-pgsql:centos-5 latest. All seems good except that when I try to change authentication to LDAP it is not working.

The steps I did for changing LDAP.
Administration >> Authentication >> LDAP >> Update LDAP settings.
The page just refreshes and does not provide any messages. Sometimes when I click test it shows LDAP test success and most of the time it does not respond to this change.

Also do we need to create the user in zabbix ?? Is it just that the authentication checking will be done in AD
