Items flap in and out of being supported to not supported ?

Hello all and thanx in advance for any help and or suggestions.

Zabbix Server 2.0.13
Zabbix Agent 2.0.12


I have a windoZe template that is monitoring CPU LOAD on windows boxes. The graphs and latest data all indicate that everything is going fine, however. My log files are getting a-lot of messages like the ones below...

May be your host is too busy and don't answer in "Timeout=3" period of time?

Did you try to increase timeout on server side and on agent side ?

aib : I did increase the timeout to 30 seconds and the start agents to 3 on the host side.. It had some effect on other problems, some effects good some yet to be determined. It didn't eliminate the flapping of supported VS unsupported.
I have another thread started that this may or may not be related to.. But the database also "goes away" almost daily and I have to restart the zabbix server to get it to stop. One other odd thing I noticed is in the zabbix performance screen, the zabbix busy node watcher process says "no data". I am at a loss at this point.


Any other ideas?
