Dashboard not visible on Samsung smart tv after update to Zabbix 4.0.23.

Hello,

after the update to Zabbix 4.0.23, in the Dashboard is no more visibile on two Samsung Smart tv and with Internet Explorer 11. The other browsers work fine (Firefox, Chrome and Edge).
Neither the hamburger button is working.

I see some errors, see the picture attached.

Do you have any suggestion?

4.0.23 broke items, and discovery rules for us.
Cause still not clear.

Does anyone know why 4.0.23 is causing these problems?

in our systems, the update didn't affect items nor discovery rules, fortunally.

Does your dashboard still work in Internet Explorer 11?

We did a fall back to 4.0.22, updating our lab end this week to see if we can find the problem.
So i cannot test it with IE11 right now

I have the same issues, tried to upgrade to next version 4.0.24, but the result is the same. No visualisation on Samsung smart and IE11.
Did you found a fix for this?

Hello,
Today I updated the Zabbix to 4.0.25 and on IE 11 seems to work. Not has been tested on Samsung SMARTV for now.

Hi wasilev08, we upgraded to 5.0 and see IE 11 is no longer supported and we gave up.
We changed the TVs with brand new Samsung smartv and everything works fine.
