    IIS Monitoring template | items not supported

    Hi,

    I would appreciate advice regarding IIS Monitoring via Template App IIS please.
    We have a few MS 2012 R2 web servers.
    Agent is installed and can monitor server using Windows OS templates without issues.

    i have imported IIS template to monitor AppPools etc through Zabbix ver 5.0.

    as per documentation; https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/...#tabfficial1

    Our Servers have the following roles installed as per pre-requisites;
    • Web Server
    • IIS Management Scripts and Tools
    When i link the template with the server after 10-15minutes IIS templates items show as "Not Supported" || Unsupported Item Key.
    What am i missing? as i'm of the understanding that there shouldn't be any other configurations required. or has the Perf counter expressions changed since?

    do we need to configure in zabbix server a config file to enable it?

    thanks in advance,
    Regards.

    You don't need to do anything with the Zabbix server - its settings have nothing to do with it. As far as I can see from the screenshots, you have a problem with data elements getting a value from the windows performance counter (perf_counter_en). https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...agent/win_keys
    I hope you have a newer agent than versions 4.0.13 and 4.2.7?
    Make sure that these counters are registered in the operating system. https://support.uptimesoftware.com/article.php?id=162

      Hamardaban, Thanks for the advice, it was an outdated agent on the server. updated agent and it resolved the issue.
