Automatic refresh of unsupported items when problem is solved

Hello community,

We are monitoring httpd service across multiple servers. There are times when the service is down for a moment, leading to the apache monitoring items becoming unsupported.
Waiting for the general "Refresh unsupported items" duration configuration is not practical.

Is there a way to automatically refresh these unsupported items when a particular problem's status changes to resolved?

you can set it to 10S if you want.

Administration → General -> other

Refresh unsupported items 10s

Unfortunately, we have a lot of unsupported items across the hundreds of monitored server and having the server to refresh them every 10s is killing it...
Also, refreshing these items while a "Service down" problem is still not resolved is overkilled.
