[need help] Why my CPU is filled with 100% after I install and run zabbix 5.0?

[need help] Why my CPU is filled with 100% after I install zabbix 5.0? I CPU is i7 10700K with 8 cores and 16 thread and I only wacth my server itself. After I shutdown Zabbix server, CPU downs to 40%. After I shut down zabbix-server, zabbix-apache2, zabbix-agent, CPU downs to below 10%.
