Zabbix history syncer processes more than 75% busy

Hi, I'm using Zabbix server 4.0.4 and 2 Zabbix server Proxies.

Since several days, around 01:00 am each days , zabbix history syncer process is more than 75% busy. ( as you can see on the graph).

I don't understand why.. My zabbix database backup script is at 02:00 am.

My values on zabbix_server.conf are all default values . ( StartDBSyncers = 4 )

How can i do ?

Usually it meands that you have to weak DVB backend.
