Zabbix will send emails again when deleting hosts which are auto-registered

Hi Everyone,
I'm facing a weird issue with my environment, it will send email notification again when deleting hosts on Zabbix:

1. Create an auto-registration action with operations like below:

• Add to host groups
• Add host
• Link to templates
• Send emails to users

2. Install Zabbix Client on one server, after finished, Zabbix will send emails to the specific people
3. Delete the host on Zabbix Server
4. Zabbix will send the same email again to the people

Is there any mistake I had made? Or can you reproduce this issue? Appreciated it if you could provide some help. Thanks in advance.

Zabbix Server Version: 5.0.1
Zabbix Proxy Version: 5.0.1
Zabbix Client Version: 5.0.2
The client was monitored by Zabbix Proxy, then upload data to the server.
