Data in Latest Data and DB not correct

I recently noticed that the data that is being recorded in the DB and showing in Latest Data is not correct. I ran an SNMP walk on the device and saw the raw data for a particular OID number. Then I checked the OID under the Host Item and the OID was correct. Since we have upgraded to Version 5.0 there is a "Test" button on the bottom of the Item configuration page. I decided to test the item and it showed the correct values and compared them to the SNMP walk that I preformed. So I am lost as to why in the Test Zabbix is able to pull the right data but when storing it and showing in latest data it is correct. Here is some screen shots showing what I am talking about.

I have also uploaded a screen shot of the full item configuration showing everything.
We are using SNMPv3 and that has not effect any other device that we use this with.
The issues only seem to be with certain items and not all the items for the switches that we are monitoring.

I figured out what the issues were with the Items for the host that were not collecting data. The Zabbix template that we were using has a preprocessing value "changes per second" that I did not know was applied to these metrics. That is why the values were being showed as 0 in the Latest Data. There was no change in the last second so it was zero. I wish there was some other options with the preprocessing. Instead of Changes per second would be nice if there was change per N Time.
Sorry I wasted a post on this board only to figure out that it was something with how the root template was setup
