Triggers with "Single Problem event generation mode" show multiple times. Zabbix 5.0

Hi,

First of all, thank all the people who help in the forums.

I have been working with Zabbix for 8 years and I am very happy.. but now i have a problem.

I am testing the new Zabbix 5.0.2 and I have found that triggers that have the option "PROBLEM event generation mode" configured to "Single", show multiple times in Problems ( seems to be that every time the trigger is checked )

It is like if trigger had configured "Multiple" instead of "Single"

Does it happen to anyone?

I have tried updating to version 5.0.3 and the same thing happens. I have tried to modify the architecture and the same thing happens with both PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Is it a new operations of the new Zabbix?

Hi!

I created a bug in webpage of issue: https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-18306

I tested this configuration with Zabbix 4.0 and work correctly, so, is a bug of Zabbix5.0

Is solved now.

1. On Kubernetes IFR -> I had problems with communication between the haproxy and postgresql. This caused communication errors and the same data being entered multiple times.

2. On AWS IFR -> We had two zabbix_servers ON, so, we got the same data on Events two times.
