Hello
I decided to try building a Zabbix server using the Appliance version 5.0.3
I downloaded the zabbix_appliance-5.0.3-netinstall.iso and I created a VMWare VM with 4 vCPU, 16 GB RAM, 1 VMXNET NIC and 100GB disk but the VM hangs at the same point every time.
I have tried different disk controller types but always same result. I only have ESXi 6.5 (HW version 13) and I selected CentOS 7 as the VM operating system. How tricky should this be?
I already played around with the appliance in OVF format (after converting it with vCenter Converter and that was all fine ... but the vmdk disk is only 10GB and no volume manager is used to allow increase in size- this is why I gave up on the OVF, and wanted to build server from .iso with a larger disk)
