Can't connect to the proxy's 10051 from agent sometimes ...

Hi, I have about 400 servers with zabbix_agent 5.0.2 installed, 1 zabbix server and 1 zabbix proxy server, at first eveything was work as expected, but recentlly, the zabbix proxy can't get the last data from time to time with some servers.
I checked the tcp connection on zabbix proxy and found this:



There are quit a lot of message queues in the Recv-Q , while the zabbix proxy can't get the last data, the agent can't open proxy's 10051 too.
I don't know if this is reason that zabbix proxy can't get the last data or what, and the zabbix server shows all 0 in Recv-Q.
I've tried restart both zabbix proxy and server, but those numbers get high once the proxy start getting data from agents, is that normal ?

What's the NPVS (new values per second) of the proxy? How's the performance of the poolers of zabbix-proxy? At first glance, it seems like a performance tunning issue.

Thanks for reply, that gives me a hint, now I solved problem.

The proxy and server are set up on the vm machines based on openstack, and someone changed the security group that caused the problem. After restore the security group setting, everything is fine now.
