Zabbix Template Import Fails Silently

I've used the mib2zabbix script to generate a number of template files (2 examples attached). When I import them in Configuration -> Templates, it shows 'Imported Successfully' at the top of the screen. When I go back to the Templates list though, they're not there. My best guess is that the templates are broken somehow but I'm not sure what to check.Thoughts on how to go about troubleshooting this are appreciated.

Okay, simple issue...it looks like the template names are all coming out identical and don't match what's expected. So, they were importing and, apparently, overwriting each other.
