Zabbix SNMP problem - 3 identical configurations only one works in zabbix

Hi, I have strange problem in my zabbix 5.
I trying to configure SNMP from my mikrotik routers to zabbix, one from place when i have virtual machine with zabbix and two from other location, but in same network (site2site).



Zabbix can connect only to router from place where he is. 2 other routers from other place are impossible to reach for zabbix.
BUT

3 configurations are indentical (ofc other names and passwords (v3 priv)) AND on linux where zabbix is installed can reach all 3 routers - so it's not problem about firewalls or routing, something strange is with zabbix.

So question is, what i can do now to resolve this problem?

#Update

After restart now i have 2/3 active hosts, number 3 shows information about timeouts, with few info about device (not full). On machine i can connect via snmp and get easly all info, so why zabbix get timeout?

Try temporarily increasing the log level for just the snmp poller processes and then example the zabbix_server.log, to see if you can identify what may be causing the issue with the device in question. If you aren't familiar with how to do that, you will want to read up on the "-R" option for zabbix_serverd.

Be sure you remember to set the logging back to a normal level after you've gathered the log information.

how Can I add template Template_Net_Cisco_SNMPv2_3.4.5.xml on zabbix to supervise my Cisco switches (interfaces, vlan ..) with Zabbix 5 ????

Hi,

perhaps you are hit by that for SNMP v3 the switches need to have unique snmp-engine-id. If they are the same zabbix will be confused and you need to force them to be different in the switch configs.

Try also this:

zabbix_server -R snmp_cache_reload

no I use snmp v2 but I am looking for the right template for cisco switch with snmp v2. In zabbix 5 it does not have the Template_Net_Cisco_SNMPv2_3.4.5.xml , I work with the template by defult in zabbix Template Net Cisco IOS SNMP
