    "Interrupted system call" after I create an item or enter an IP address.

    Hello,
    I started working at my first job two months ago and I'm about two weeks new to Zabbix so please don't get too frustrated with me.
    Another colleague setup Zabbix before I was even here. He's not at work until November so he can't really help me.

    So for example I just want to monitor the CPU usage of one of our servers. I've watched this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWVVRjXUOEk and did everything exactly as displayed.

    Name: CPU utilisation percentage
    Type: Zabbix agent
    Key: system.cpu.util[all,system,avg1]
    Type of information: Numeric (float)
    Units: %
    Applications: CPU

    Not displayed in the video, but I entered the IP address of the server i want to monitor and a prayer in the description of the host.

    "Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:10050]: [4] Interrupted system call" is what I always get.
    I've also tried monitoring services (with different items obviously) but I always get this specific "error" no matter what I do.

    Your server writes that it can't connect to the agent on the monitored network node. Is the agent installed? Configured? Does it work?
